Customer service, product that's all really. I wont do cheap again
General Comments
Took three months to connect me, then charged me connection fee, which should of been wavered because of the mistake, Endless hours on the phone to the fantastic customer service!! which has a charge. Now my daughter and myself cant watch telly this evening. GREAT, bring on FEB when I can join up with SKY!!!! ouch forgot i couldn't get movies with out a code but my clever, devious seven year old worked out all she had to do, was ask TISCALI without my consent. How on earth they allowed it to be that easy, they offered to refund me the Seventy quid bill, of course this happened ( NOT ) but as a single working parent time is important and i,ve spent endless hours being left on hold with another bill...........
