About 2500 rounds I lost the front stock-to-action screw and washer from the severity of recoil to the skate the screw is attached to. Umarex USA sent me new one free of charge though. Make certain to check those screws often, locktite works wonders though. I haven't had a similar experience now that I am aware of it.
General Comments
Without a doubt the best made, most accurate springer available for under $2,000. I set pennies up at 25 yards and with iron sights can hit those 97 of 100 shots. When I first got mine I shot about 25 shots to sight it in, out of the 475 I had left in the first tin I took out 172 squirrel and 215 birds. I can't get that accuracy out of my .22 rimfire. Heavy gun but a real gun should feel like its real. Best .22 springer made, period. break barrels suck and pale in comparison, I own 11 and there's nothing quite like a fixed barrel, believe me.
