First of all all the bathroom equipment was delivered about a month before the work was done, meaning we had to find space in our flat for tiles, bath etc. I thought the work done by the sub contractor was disappointing, tiles on top of old wood nothing appeared to be sealed properly. Inevitable the bathroom started to fall apart 2 months after it was done. It then took 7 MONTHS OF PHONING EVERY DAY to get someone out to even look at it, after which 2 other rooms in our flat had been damaged by the leaking water which by now had led to damp 4ft up our walls. Following this it was a further 3 fitting sessions and 3 months for the work to finally be repaired. Overall I felt this was a very stressful and expensive mistake.
