Overall Rating
- Value for money

- FormatPaperback
There are a good variety of recipes not found elsewhere.
Bad Points
Most recipes require egg, and egg substitutes are not satisfactory for some of the more crucial recipes, such as bread. There is also a lack of bread recipes (only one rice bread option). Also, some recipes have a high glycemic load.
General Comments
I would like to see this book written in a similar style, but as well, for vegan diabetics. Also, using good oils is beneficial as long as they are not heated, and these recipes involve a lot of oil, margarine, and greasing pans which I would like to see not there in future editions.
