customer service. it appears that as a customer there is no way i can get in touch with head office.


General Comments

recently bought a so called cashmere throw from Habitat which turned out to be a lambswool throw. when i tried to return the item i was told that was the name of the article not what it was made of. to me its like calling a glass of wine a camel? i was left wondering if the staff at Habitat really know what they are selling? so i advise to look carefully at what you are buying!
