Good Points

For additional payment, there is a good spa. Quality of food acceptable. There was much variety. No loud music.


Bad Points

Staff was friendly and helpful but lacked training in how to serve in the restaurant. Too frequently, one had to stand in line for too long, to be served in the lido. The library should be easier accessible.


General Comments

The MS Eurodam is a remarkable ship, but it requires improvements. I had a good time but far from an excellent time. The last two hours, one had to wait in order to vacate the ship. We were greatly disturbed by staff members, who had to clean the cabin, while we had to wait. An undignified exit.
