Bad Points

I found them to be very slow, sent me incorrect items, incorrect quantities, poorly packaged, and unsealed tatty goods. I felt the website was amateurish and slow.


General Comments

Ordered expensive large dvd boxsets from Sendit which arrived in paper jiffy bags, smashed and broken. When emailed to ask if they could send replacements in card boxes was told their paper bags are good enough. Surely they are not good enough in this instance? So emailed and phoned to arrange to return these items. After 2 weeks now have not received my refund yet, they claim they haven't got them back yet, and am having to send them my proof of posting to prove I sent them back. Spent about a day now working for free just because they cant seem to package items properly.

Have also ordered dvd sets that have been incorrectly picked, i.e. wrong title, had to return. Some products were not cellophane wrapped and looked very tatty.

I think their website is very slow to load in comparison to other large etailers, freezes etc, and in general I cannot recommend Sendit.
