1car1 should be called 1ripoff1!


General Comments

I had to pay £500 for a scratch on door which conveniently appeared after car was returned. It is the first time i have dealt with this company and it will certainly be the last. I shall be dealing with Herta in future as i have never had any problems with them in the past. What you see is what you get and i would rather pay the extra money to a reputable car hire company than end up getting ripped off. Be aware that what might look like a good deal might prove to be more expensive in the long run.
