Have not been on trip or had to claim so not sure!

General Comments
I felt I had to comment on the excellent customer service I received from Columbus Direct. Rather foolishly I left reading the terms of my policy until a few days before my trip. I was going with my girlfriend to Spain and we booked the cover as a couple. The definition of a couple is a married couple, or people who have lived together for a year. My circumstances are such that there is no easy way of proving that we have been living together so assumed I would have to pay extra premium and maybe an ammendment fee to change to singles cover.
I was pleasantly surprised that they suggested changing it for free.
On the basis of this one dealing with them, very good so far. Would use again!
