None what so ever.


Bad Points

Long delays on the call centre queue. Staff do not seem to know what they are doing plenty of promises made but none ever followed through. Unable to email the company no email address displayed.


General Comments

I cancelled a Budget insurance policy by telephone in April and was told there would be no charge as it still had 3 months to run and I was fully paid up. Later I received firstly a cancellation fee request £12 then a bill for a further £64. I wrote three times to query this and still have not received an answer. I telephoned eight times and went through to their call centre queues, twice when I asked to speak to a supervisor I went on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. I was promised call backs and refunds which never materialised. On one occasion I was told by an employee they couldn't get hold of me. Despite the fact they had my home phone number which has an answer phone, mobile with same and a postal address. Luckily I kept a log of all my contact with them and proved my case. They also prefer to deal with complaints by phone but I insisted in having all contact writing.
