Good Points

Easy to buy the policy!


Bad Points

Will wriggle out of paying out for a genuine claim by finding something in the small print.


General Comments

They refused to pay out for a Nintendo DS as they classified it as computer equipment. What rubbish! It's an electronic game, something that a lot of people would take on a long flight to pass the time.
This insurance, for covering possessions at least, is not worth the paper you print it on!
