Took 3 months to get my money back.


General Comments

My partner collapsed on our flight to America an was admitted to hospital for 2 days (huge Bill). The europ assist staff were really helpful and kept in contact with us both during our holiday and when we returned. Due to the way insurance works we had to get a refund on the money we paid to the hospital and this was dealt with by europ assist who did all the chasing and eventually got the hospital to pay up.
