Good Points

Got great part exchange deal
Very happy with our house
Friendly service before and after sales
Customer service has been good.


Bad Points

After a year some studs are showing on a few ceilings - I think this to be expected as things dry out and move in new build properties.


General Comments

We moved in to our Bryant home last June after arranging a part exchange. We got a good deal with a part exchange, the stamp duty was paid for an incentive and I even managed to negotiate a couple of thousand to go toward carpeting. The arrangement went through and we had moved into the house in the planned 6 weeks.
Before moving in we had a tour around and was shown how to work things like the heating and cooker and at the same time was asked to point out anything we saw that we were not happy with, a few paint touch ups were made and a window replaced that had a rusty coloured hinge.
We got the opportunity of a painter for a morning after the move in so that we could get any touches up done from any bumps to walls from the move in to make the house like new again.
So far we have had very little wrong with the house, the things we have brought to the after sales team has been dealt with fast and efficiently too.
