Good Points

The hotel staff were helpful to tourists. There are loads of sunbeds. The pool is very clean with music playing from 9am to 7pm. The rooms are spacious. The studios are well positioned with all rooms overlooking the pool. It is about a 30 minute walk to a pebbly beach.


Bad Points

The hotel is very far from Faliraki centre. The outside of the hotel is very dark, dull. Drinks are very overpriced. Can get a bit noisy at night as they get a lot of 18-30 guests. About 45 minutes walk brings you to Bar Street where there are loads of bars, clubs and restaurants.


General Comments

Have just come back from the Faliraki Dias studios in August 2008 and noticed that there are many "good reviews" for the hotel. The situation of the hotel is quite far to the main streets of Faliraki.
The Hotel reception is nice and gives a good first impression. However other areas have yet to be developed for example there is not air conditioning in the dining room. The bedrooms are clean and of a decent standard which is good. However the air conditioning was extremely poor and maybe a big problem in the summer. The pool area is very good and the pool is of a good size with plenty of sunbeds, The animation team is pretty poor to none existent. The drinks in the hotel are overpriced, there is not pool bar. The food is OK but does get repetitive. I know is the same in every place, but still there wasn't a massive choice BUT you could still find something to eat every dinner time.
All in all it was a good holiday the Hotel just needs work to bring up to standard in the future. Don't be put off by the bad points if you just want a relaxing week, but if you are going for 2 you may become a bit bored.
