Really there are none in my experience
General Comments
Bought email hosting for a year with them, paid the year upfront, then found hosting somewhere else 3 months later so switched over and left it. 10 months later I get a letter through the door from a debt collection agency because 1and1 were trying to charge me for another year. They did not once try and communicate with me first as far as I am aware. I personally feel I have been forced to pay another £15 for something I never used. Do not recommend to use 1and1.co.uk.
