Bad Points
They never answer an e-mail, trying to get through to the call centre always results in at least a hold of 30 minutes at worse over 1 hour.
General Comments
I booked a holiday to Goa, the confirmation came through very quickly but the dates of the flights and accommodation are not the same. I have spent the last month trying to get this sorted and it is still not done.
