Poor service received.
General Comments
Internal door ordered from The Door Store in January and advised that lead time would be fourteen days. Despite attempted communication by us we reached April and no sign of the door. We eventually managed to talk to someone who apologised and said the door had not been ordered yet from supplier. Promised for the following week. When it never came we cancelled the order by email and asked for chargeback on credit card. Two weeks later they rang to say our door was available for delivery. We got our money back eventually minus £60 re-stocking fee. So we paid £60 for nothing except the privilege of their poor service.

That sounds like a very poor experience. I'm pretty sure the 60 pound re-stock fee is something they can't charge. If I was you, I would go to the consumer direct website and get some advice of them! Hope it works out for you!
