Cheap!


Bad Points

Can never seem to tell if they actually have stock. They told me my item was in stock, but then the item went on to re-order.


General Comments

I used to love Sendit.com. I was even one of their early blackstar customers in the good old days. Over the past two years I feel the service levels have dropped well below average. I've pre-ordered items at one price and they then knock the price down for new orders. They've claimed they've dispatched my order and when I finally receive it, the post mark tells the truth.

I personally stopped using this company about 8 months ago myself, I feel as though I just can't trust them any more. It's a great shame, because they used to be such a great little company.
