Bad Points

Misleading stock levels, and tatty 'new' products.


General Comments

I ordered the complete Laurel and Hardy collection from Zavvi, which their website said was in stock and normally dispatched within 24 hours. So when after about 5 working days had passed I was surprised to log into my account to see the order was still processing. Can you find a phone number or anyway to contact these guys fast? No way! After finding their contact details and emailing them I had to wait 48 hours to get a response, which was sorry our system lost your order.

Anyway when the item finally arrived, it was not selophane wrapped and the dvds inside were in the incorrect order! It would seem it was a return. After many emails, phone calls to trading standards I was able to return this item and they sent me a new one.

All in all very terrible service, unhelpful, slow and tatty products.
