neat looking fire

faulty appearance, when new (metal grill bent)
ribbon flames stopped working within days of installing it.


General Comments

wouldn't buy a Dimplex Adagio ADG20 again. noisy as the fan blows the flame effect. also couldnt get the company to come out and fix it.....wouldn't buy again.
