General Comments

I traded with an Ebay shop without problem until an item costing several hundred pounds went astray on delivery. Claimed a refund at which point they seemed to be no longer the friendly supplier and decided to withhold my money. Luckily the Sale of Goods Act was on my side and after a lot of strife managed to get a refund. Left appropriate negative feedback to warn others and found after a few days it had been removed. Comments were fair, non abusive and within rules.
