One of the helpline phone numbers on the website is for the Bank of Scotland, not Sainsbury's Bank itself. This resulted in my call being transferred. But was not a big problem.
General Comments
An good rate for an easy access internet account. A good rate with no restrictions. It was easy to set up and transfer money in and out. Good online demo.
