Bad Points

Incomplete order received, no invoice supplied regarding missing items from order. Customer service; multiple calls were sent to voicemail, emails were returned - resolved with a FAQ page.


General Comments

I placed an order and received a package within a week. However, only half of my order arrived and the items that did arrive were incorrect of what I ordered - although I was charged in full. I called over a dozen times and was repeatedly sent to voicemail whenever I tried. I emailed as directed and received an email with an FAQ page regarding return policies. Although promised some sort of refund, I would hate to pay to mail back my item and possibly end up completely empty-handed. I will stick to purchasing from my local skateshop in the future so I won't again end up with the same frustration.
