Non payment of cash back offer


General Comments

I purchased insurance throught greasy palm. After waiting for the cash back to appear on my account for nearly 2 months I posted a ticket with them. Had to chase for a reply on the status of it to only be told that the company I had purchased the insurance from would not pay and they couldnt do anything about it. Was not impressed as I recommended them to a friend who also had the same problem.
