Good Points

High credit limits.


Bad Points

Insane annual fee. Horrible customer service. At the end of the day, it is still a charge card.


General Comments

I had this card but was finally offered an account by Coutts (a British private bank) and immediately cancelled it. Coutts gives you a card with no credit limit, personal bankers (who know you and have absolute authority) and no annual fee. They require to have a minimum of $500,000 and an annual income of at least $200,000 but you do not have to deal with idiots on the phone or AmEx bureaucracy.
