I thought the price was decent until I realized what a piece of junk this machine was.
Bad Points
Used one time, worked great. Used 6 months later and would not extract the water from the carpet.
General Comments
I should have learned, but I bought the handheld model too. Both are TERRIBLE. Neither will extract the water out of the carpet or upholstery material. What a total waste of money.
