Good Points

Never been let down by ticketmaster, my first port of call when ordering tickets.


Bad Points

Higher than most charges.


General Comments

Never had a problem with this company. Ordered tickest using the automated telephone system two weeks ago and received the tickets today, 2 months and three weeks before event. Had booked Winehouse tickets last year and received text informing me of cancellation and refund was very quick too. Can't complain.
