General Comments

The company is now Outnow.co.uk as far as I am aware! I posted 2 DVD's back in 1 envelope however they claimed I only sent them 1 dvd back. They were unhelpful I thought on he phone and they wanted me to pay for the DVD lost even though I filled in a form they sent me to claim the cost of the DVD from Royal mail. They never send the DVD's you put as high priority and I am yet to see if they actually have any Blu-ray disks as I never recieved 1!

    I would like to hear from you, I signed up for a 2 month free trail but realised something was wrong when they only sent me old films that I put on my list to make the numbers up, as I was told to have a list of 20 + to make the service more efficent.

    I got 2 discs from them and before I sent them back, I wiped my list clean so no more would come, when I sent them both back to them I waited about 7 days and then went online to cancel my account.

    During the process of cancelling my account there was lots of terms and conditions you had to agree to, stating if you haven't sent your discs back and fail to do so you would get charged £30, I thought... well thats fine, my discs went back ages ago... I agreed and clicked continue and suprise suprise they are now saying thay they did not recieve one of my discs.

    What happens now?? I seem to be in the same boat as you and would like to hear from you to see what has happened to you?? and form some advice. I sent my discs back together in the normal free post envelopes provided by them.
