General Comments

I've had a bad experience with MFI before when i did my sons room up and I didn't receive any fixtures and fittings for his furniture, i decided to give them another chance. However three months later I'm still waiting on cabinet doors and every time i ring customer services they seem to never have any sufficient answers. I'm really fed up with this company and i wonder how a big company can operate this way. I ordered an american freezer in April 2008 to go with the quite expensive kitchen i purchased from them, middle of July still no fridge. I phoned customer services to see what the hold up was and they told me that the fridge i ordered was for uk mainland customers only and it wasn't ever posted out to me. So when i went to my store for a refund i couldn't get a cash refund infact i waited almost 5 weeks on a cheque refund. I've used MFI twice and I feel that both times have been a disaster.
