General Comments

I'm sure everyone giving these reviews speak honestly of their own experiences, but I would imagine that people with bad experiences, of any sort and on any review, are more likely to write than the satisfied customers. Having said that, I am really surprised about the number of bad reviews of Green Flag, I can only recommend them. Over the last 5 yrs i have called them out about 5 times. From locking myself out with the key inside - to a complete breakdown and the humiliating ride home in the big truck with my car dangling off the back... At no time was I left waiting for more than 30 mins for them to appear. Now read this... shopping at Morrison's in kidderminster, dropped key in their car park, key somehow shattered. Couldn't get in, couldn't drive home. Walked back into Morrison's to ask staff to put my shopping into store and then phoned GF for help. 6 - 7 minutes in total. Walked back out into car park - lo and behold... GF truck coming through the entrance - now that's QUICK. Contrast this with the waiting times of 2 - 4 hours that I experienced with both the RAC and AA (many years ago, I admit) I guess its all down to luck.

    I agree with this review because...I think it is human nature to complain more readily than to praise. a bad experience always lingers longer and is more likely to be commented upon.
