Good Points
The portions were a good size
Staff were very friendly
The prices were great value
The location was central

General Comments
I really was impressed with Verdi. We stood outside and thought of choosing the chain pub across the road, but opted for here instead. This was a great choice. The portions were big, after the starters came we thought we were going to struggle with finishing the main.
All the food tasted rich and full of flavour and the choice was more than adequate for the prices we paid.
The staff were also very friendly and made several points of chatting with us and making sure we were genuinely enjoying the food. Which was fantastic.
Now I don't normally write in about these things but I am inspired to write a letter of compliment to the team so they keep doing now what they are obviously doing so right.
