Bad Points
The majority of staff especially one of the head waiters, the general upkeep of the the hotel is scruffy, mouldy and dirty and this includes the food
General Comments
The staff! Well what can I say, they do work hard at avoiding any form of contact with the customers and if contact is made they bark at you, there are a couple of exceptions, but only just. The food is very poor and everything is done on the cheap despite us spending £1500 - 2 weeks all in for 2 adults (not cheap) we found other hotels within 10mins walk offering better deals and were worthy of the 4 star rating.
