I've used them for a few years and they are more than amazing in my opinion. Real people answer the phone who actually help rather than just reading from scripts.
Bad Points
I have a dedicated server with them so I have 24 hour telephone support but shared hosting only has office hours support by phone (but 24 hour support using the control panel).
General Comments
Never had a serious problem, low cost and good support... not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The negative reviews here sound like they're from competitors - it's impossible to incur charges from redstation that you don't agree to in the control panel, they dont automatically renew or charge for anything.
I recommend this web hosting company Red Station.
