Received no response to emails, staff I dealt with on the phone sounded dismissive to me and I feel that the actual detail of what is available on internet is misleading.


General Comments

I feel as though Sportscentredirect has let me down bigtime. I now have an U10's football team without a kit. Ordered the kit ( £170) on 26th July, could not meet the order and I was told I would receive a refund. I have never received a reply to any email correspondence, they have promised to refund my VISA and this now well after the 30 day refund on their terms and conditions. Each time I have thought I was getting somewhere, nothing. I have now engaged VISA disputes.
