Good Points

Quite cheap.


Bad Points

I found them hard to get a hold of, staff I dealt with seemed unhelpful, any contact from them was via letter rather than a phone call.


General Comments

The staff I dealt with at Glasgow Pram Centre seemed to me to have poor knowledge of their product range - dragged on a sale of a pram for 3 months only to post a letter saying that it wouldn't be available for another 6 weeks. A quick call to another retailer who ordered it and had it to us in 4 weeks. Never again.
