Good Points

have always been extremley efficient in dealing with any claims and have always been helpful and polite.


General Comments

Sorry to see some bad comments about More Than Home Insurance, as I have been a customer for 3 (maybe more) years now and highly reccomend the company based on my experiences. The claims assessor (who sadly I have now met twice!) was friendly, helpful and honest and the Customer Services department have always been spot on. Well worth my £26 a month!

    I found this review helpful because... the person told of their personal experience, however, they didn't give much detail so I can only say helpful not very helpful
