General Comments

We bought new bedroom furniture from our some from them, it was delivered on time but 2 items were missing. When we went to put together the remaining items the instructions seemed to be completely wrong, the wardrobe doors didn't fit properly and the underbed storage had a whole drawer missing. When we complained they said they would resend the underbed storage three days later but the wardrobe doors couldn't be resent until over a month later. Three days later the underbed storage didn't turn up, when we phoned them they said they moved the order to come at the same time as the wardrobe, nice of them to tell us, we asked to speak to a manager and were told there was no point, they said there was nothing that could be done and if we didn't like it we should shop somewhere else. The most seemingly unhelpful staff I have ever come across. (A month and a half later and we are still waiting for the wardrobe doors and underbed storage!!)
