Good Points

Great location, close to the slopes and pretty much central to pubs, restaurants etc
Vegetarians are catered for - cheese etc that does not need cooking is provided in abundance and is unspoiled.


Bad Points

Unfortunately, staff (owners) are not very hospitable to the English and certainly not to younger members in the group
Food quality poor and monotonous (this year we had veal three days running) - don't get me wrong, I like veal but not the chewy, hard to find meat around the mass of gristle type...
Meat eaters beware, cooking is not Hotel Le'Alpi best point.


General Comments

Although I have been there for the last three years (go with a group of about 12), I have found the attitude and hospitality towards the group getting worse as each year goes by.
Last minute changes to room arrangements - although booked in advance, on arrival found that a couple of the rooms had bee re-allocated to longer loyal customers - on the last visit, we were told that some of us may have to check into another hotel.
Overall: Good location for skiing (that is why we go) however, poor service
