General Comments
I did purchase this product some time ago. In fact 2 boxes as I have a long hair.
I normally buy this product for several years and never had this problem. Anyway think it is average quality not especially good.

Both products for each parcel had some fault. One box had the color tube broken and the other box ended in a very strange, very fluid color in the mixing of products that I never saw before.

It didn't dye my hair properly and left it very dry and awkward.

Very unhappy. Not buying again.
