Good Points

Staff tried hard to please


Bad Points

Poor ratio of staff to passengers i.e. 1 waiter to table of 10 no wine waiter. Queued for breakfast for 25 mins on first morning and 11 tables weren't set. Met directly as boarding by person offering soft drinks tickets for $50


General Comments

No elegance on this ship. Poor ratio of staff to passengers would not cruise with carnival again. Bad reports from many fellow passengers who have cruised with Princess line before commenting on a dramatic drop in standards.
