Never received replied to emails or information regarding order status
I found it hard to get through on telephone.
General Comments
I ordered an item at beginning of July and after numerous unsuccessful phone calls and e-mails eventually got through to someone late August! They informed me it must be lost in post. Waited one more week to no avail and finally got refund 7 weeks later.
