General Comments

I ordered a daysack on August 20. They emailed me two days later to let me know it was out of stock and it would be available within 3-4 weeks. I emailed them back right away to cancel the order and refund my Credit Card, but did not receive a reply. After reading some bad reviews I started thinking that I would never see my refund... I sent them a second email at the end of August, asking them to confirm if they had received my cancellation and were refunding me. To my surprise, I did get an email from them the next day (it was a copy-and-paste from a bank transaction!) which confirmed my refund. In sum, I feel that their communication was poor but they did ultimately refund me.
