Bad Points

My delivery address was changed to Edinburgh when I live in Glasgow and no one could explain how this happened therefore my delivery date was changed and the call centre assistant seemed rude and unhelpful to me


General Comments

I was disappointed with customer service, when I phoned to check my delivery time I was told my address had been changed to another part of the country and someone had done this with my details. The assistant seemed not to believe it was not me that changed it.
They would not accept that this was their mistake and I was told that there was no point in speaking to a manager as they could not help.
I have to then arrange another day off and rearrange my appointments.
I will never buy anything from them again...
