For a start, my local H and M in Milton Keynes have lovely staff. Also the quality of the clothes in there is good for the money. Nicer than Primark but also they are individual, everything looks different.
Not my fave shop because the sizes always seem slightly off and normally rather cluttered. I brought a T-Shirt a few weeks ago and had to buy a size 6, I'm slim, but not that slim. Also my younger sister, who is 17, brought a dress and didn't realise till she got home that it was actually a aged 14 dress, however it fitted.
