Good Points

I have always loved mark one for myself and my two daughters good prices, good fashion always easy to exchange or refund up until today had a nightmare now the policy has changed wont be going there any more.


General Comments

My first bad experience at MK One since they changed over, cant change without receipt even though the tags were on, found receipt buried in my bag it was 14 days to the day I bought the jeans I wanted to exchange, quibble over that got that sorted, only for them to say sorry they were in the sale they cant do anything. No refund no exchanging no nothing I couldn't believe it so I am stuck with them now.

Basically I would advise everyone to only buy it if you tried it on because you could be stuck with it. It seems like gone are the days when you could buy clothes for someone and if it wasn't right they could change it.
