Good Points

Being a small ship with less than 700 passengers, the ship was never over crowded. Dining room service was good. Free shuttle service was offered in most ports from pier to town where needed.


Bad Points

Not enough room for activities on board. Food was 3 stars standard. Shore excursions department was totally disappointed. You were put on wait list (even on first sailing day) and never hear from them, when went back to check, they would tell you it's sold out.


General Comments

Azamara cruise rated itself as 5 star cruise ship. it's over rated. It's more suitable for 3.5 stars. Customer Relation staffs were not at all helpful. Too many disappointments during the 16 days on board experience.
