General Comments

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I placed an order on august 3 for a backpack that my son needed for school in september, after three weeks I called they said it would take another 10 days. Days after I still didn't receive it I called them a third time for them to tell me it was discontinued and I did not receive any communication to tell me this.
