Where to start!
General Comments
After 6 months of struggling with my Post Office savings account, I've closed the account. I didn't know if there were currently huge difficulties in granting on-line access, so the only way you can transact is by phone (difficult to get through) or by card (impossible if you live in a rural area). I'm pretty financially astute but even I can't deal with these folks.
