As the rest of the reviews my experience was bad, I experienced the following problems:
Tickets not been answered or resolved and support in general was unhelpful I felt.
Clients not able to send emails to easyspace registered domains, this was resolved when webspace and email was moved to another provider
Spam emails - Easyspace filtering system is no existent and they ask you pay an extra fee for spam filtering which is completely useless in my experience
Support for CMS systems is poor too in my opinion, using old versions of PHP server and unhelpful support with latest software installations
Downtime has been noticeable at times when website has not been available
Making any sort of complaint seems a waste of time now for me as as far as I am aware I have not yet had a problem resolved
Due to my experience I also do not recommend Easyspace.com
