General Comments

On arrival the caravan had not yet been cleaned, found a very nice and friendly male supervisor, who told us he would be 5 minutes and the caravan would be cleaned. Sure enough he was true to his word and even helped clean the caravan along with a polite and apologetic lady. Once we eventually moved in we found there was only 2 cups both which were chipped to hell, and there was 6 of us sharing the caravan, our parents were staying in the caravan next to ours and also only had 2 cups with 4 sharing in that caravan. Once again we "collared" the male supervisor and 5 minutes later we had a full set of mugs, and so did our parents.
We settled down and thought we would unpack and put everything away. On looking in the bedrooms we found there was no bed linen even though we had paid for a "bed make". So off to guest services we trapesd to explain the problem, unfortunately we were met by a boyish looking male who told us it was not his problem that the beds were not made, but would inform the housekeeping. When asked how long it would take for the linen to be delivered and the beds made we were told by this boy "as long as it takes". When we got back to the caravan we were met by the same people who cleaned the caravan and they were very apologetic and told us the caravan was not on the list for a "bed make", 10 minutes later the beds were made and we settled down again to try and enjoy a well earned and expensive holiday.
Walking to the swimming pool area we had to "dodge" irresponsible people on hired pedal carts who had no consideration for other holidaymakers or to other road users. It is a wonder someone hasn't been injured on those cart things and it not just the kids who had no respect for others it was the adults as well. Even members of the haven staff were inconsiderate of their holidaymakers.
All in all the holiday was a complete nightmare and a waste of our hard earned money.
